We ensure that all of our operatives are taken through an on site induction prior to their start with the company. It is at this stage that our quality “philosophy” starts with every operative being taken through our procedures and knowing exactly what is expected. The standards on which their work will be audited on are fully explained and given in written form along with their schedules of work. When we are happy that our operatives know what is expected we are then able to set out a quality audit system, which continually monitors their quality of work and their individual efforts on their scheduled areas. Reporting structures and procedures are in place to ensure that a quality service is given to ALL clients at ALL times.
